Recumbent bike is more comfortable as it reduces the risk of pain and can build strength. It providesfull back support due to a larger seat. Excellent option for those with low back pain.

Excellent packing. All items received in good condition without any scratch or damage. Received the product a week earlier than what was promised.Managed to put it all together based on the youtube video. I am not into professional body building but am able to do some decent workouts and that serves my expectations from this equipment.
